Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. I love autumn! The sights, the smells, the sounds... it is simply a beautiful time of year.

Thanksgiving is one of those few times a year I really tend to (or try to) go all out when it comes to dinner. I usually start cooking and baking three days ahead of time... just to make sure that everything is done and ready in time.

Now, this section is set aside for the Thanksgiving recipes that I normally fix for my family. If you want, please feel free to give them a try... and don't feel that you have to wait for Thanksgiving. You may find that a few of these recipes will be found in other areas of the website... that is simply because I fix that recipe not only for Thanksgiving, but also other times of year.
