Pumpkin Soup recipe
6 cups canned pumpkin
6 cups half and half
1/2 stick butter
5 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
pecans, chopped
Put the first 5 ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Heat over medium heat, but do not allow to boil. Garnish with nutmeg and chopped pecans. Serve while warm.
